I LOVE those people who LOVES to complain.

And he was like, What? Can you please explain.

I was actually discussing about an upcoming project with one of my client.

He is at the product development stage in his start-up and asked me to share my inputs to enhance customer experience considering the current market scenario.

I said let’s hear from the horse’s mouth.

You often find that your customers love to complain and you can use that information to your business’s advantage.

It makes me remember a famous quote by ‘Sir Bill Gates’ –

“Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning.”

It means if you really want to build long term relationships, the best way is:

> Keep listening to your customer’s problem

> Identify the opportunity areas

> Come up with a creative and cost effective solution

These are the 3 Essential Steps which makes your customers happy and increase your CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) in near future.

Because, this is what I also follow in my business as an ‘Entrepreneur’ and this is not as easy as it looks.
